Voltex Australia began HR Outsourcing with GuidedHR in July 2024.
A family run business founded by Rod Tunley in 2001, sons Bryan & Greg (Co-CEO’s) have transformed the company into Australia’s leading direct-to-contractor electrical supplier.
With an initial focus on compliance, employee retention, manager training, OH&S and an improved culture, GuidedHR achieved results quickly.
Less than a year later, Voltex has grown to 110 employees in AUS, 20 in NZ with an additional 50 offshore support staff.
Both entities (AUS + NZ) along with sister company, Forma Stone (22 staff), have since added GuidedHR’s Outsourced Payroll service making us their total HR & Payroll solution.
