Commenced with Sean, Emma & Alex (GuidedHR) as its dedicated HR team in late 2020.
At the time, DDEG had 15 employees based out of a single (and crammed) office in Mitcham VIC.
Owners Michael Dobbs and Kieran Doherty recognised the need for a high performing HR function to achieve sustained growth.
A restructure and shift to a graduate recruitment model, proposed by HR, saw DDEG shift from a single engineering discipline (fire safety), to a multi disciplinary specialised engineering.
Today, DDEG has over 100 employees spread across seven offices nationwide. GuidedHR remains the trusted HR team for DDEG and has grown in lockstep with our clients ever evolving HR needs.
